Overview
According to NAMUR international standard, MC50 series solenoid valve can be directly installed on the air source interface of single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuator. Due to its unique gas path structure, MC50 can effectively prevent external liquid, dust and other impurities from entering the valve body. It is especially suitable for use outdoors or in dusty work environments. The working pressure of the air source is 2~8bar, the power supply voltage is 12/24/48VDC, 110/220/240 VAC is optional, and the solenoid valve coil has many types of common type, intrinsically safe type, explosion-proof type and sealed explosion-proof type.
Characteristics
(1) Adopt a pilot structure.
(2) The valve body is designed for board connection and tube connection, and the user can select the installation method according to the needs.
(3) Without the adapter plate, the two-way three-way and two-position five-way can be switched through the wire plug.
(4) Designed with two air inlets for convenient user piping.
(5) The same valve body can be equipped with AC or DC coils, which can be easily replaced according to site requirements.
(6) The flameproof junction box can be rotated freely in four directions for easy use of field wiring.
(7) The valve body is designed with NAMUR type, which can be directly connected to the cylinder or connected to the cylinder by a pipe.
(8) With manual switch, action test can be performed without voltage signal.
