Cryogenic valve
2019-06-15

The cryogenic regulator is a regulating valve used in low temperature and cryogenic applications. The long-neck bonnet is insulated and equipped with an actuator, which has the advantages of compact overall structure, light weight and good stability. The valve body is made of precision cast angle structure, the material is aluminum alloy, and has good low temperature resistance. The bellows seal ensures that the regulator valve does not leak at low temperatures. Therefore, it is widely used in low temperature and deep cooling applications such as metallurgy, air separation, oxygen production, petroleum, and chemical industry. Process parameters that are specifically used to precisely control low temperature gases, fluids (such as liquid oxygen, liquid argon, etc.) are maintained at a given set point.

Precautions
1. The valve should be stored in a dry room and the ends of the passage must be blocked. Do not stack storage.
2. The long-term storage control valve should be inspected regularly to remove dirt. Anti-rust oil should be applied to all moving parts and processing surfaces to prevent rust.
3. The valve should be installed on a horizontal pipe and must be installed vertically. The stem is up.
4. Compulsory installation is carried out according to the medium indicated by the arrow on the icon. Main component materials.
