Electric temperature control valve, the biggest feature of this valve is only ordinary 220V power supply. It can automatically adjust and control the temperature of medium such as steam, hot gas, hot oil and gas by using the energy of the medium to be adjusted. It can also be used to prevent overheating. Or heat exchange occasions, the valve is simple in structure, convenient in operation, wide in temperature adjustment range, fast in response time, reliable in sealing performance, and can be adjusted at will during operation, so it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, textile, hotel Hot water supply with restaurants and other departments.

The nominal diameter of this series of products is 20 to 200mm, the nominal pressure is 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, 6.4MPa, and the temperature range is from -20 °C to 350 °C. The temperature signal of PT100 platinum thermal resistance is used to change the flow rate of the regulated medium. The controlled process parameters are maintained at a given value, wherein the single-seat adjustment type is suitable for applications where the pressure difference is small, the viscosity of the medium is large, or there is a slight particle impurity. Sleeve adjustment type is suitable for occasions with large pressure difference.

The regulating valve consists of three parts: the main valve, the intelligent actuator and the sensor. According to the user's needs, there are two types of heating type and cooling type.

Before the work, the main spool is in the half open position and the sensor is in the natural state. Connect the power supply and the main spool is fully open. The medium flows into the main valve body from the direction of the arrow, and heats the heat storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input integrated intelligent actuator, which drives the valve stem and the spool to generate displacement, and closes the main spool to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input actuator, which drives the spool to open, allowing the medium to flow into the heat storage tank according to the parabolic characteristic and heating until the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, thereby achieving the purpose of temperature control.
