Use and characteristics

The ZZYVP type pilot operates a self-operated pressure regulating valve (nitrogen sealing valve), which is an energy-saving pressure regulating valve that does not require external energy and uses the pressure change of the medium to be adjusted to automatically adjust and stabilize the valve pressure to a set value.
The valve pressure setting is realized on the pilot, which is convenient and fast. The pressure setting value can also be adjusted freely during operation; the control precision is high, which is twice as high as the general ZZY type direct operation self-operated pressure regulating valve, suitable for control precision. High requirements. It is widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, textile and other industrial sectors for automatic adjustment of the production process.

Structure and principle

The ZZYVP type pilot operated self-operated pressure regulating valve is composed of four parts: the pilot, the regulating valve, the actuator and the valve. (See Figure 1)
Working principle: the medium enters the valve body in the direction of the arrow shown, and the pressure after being decompressed by the filter pressure reducer is introduced into the pilot; the other passes through the valve core and the valve seat, and the pressure after the throttling flows to the valve and passes through the guide. The pressure tube is introduced into the pilot actuator. When the pressure behind the valve is higher than the set pressure, the pressure acts on the effective surface of the pilot film to generate a thrust to drive the pilot valve spool to close, and the pressure introduced into the diaphragm chamber of the main valve actuator is cut off, so that the main valve spool is closed. The pressure behind the valve is reduced. When the post-valve pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve spool is opened due to the reaction force of the pilot main spring, and the pre-valve pressure is introduced into the main valve actuator diaphragm to generate thrust, so that the main valve spool is opened, and the post-valve pressure is applied. It then rises. In this way, the post-valve pressure is set to a set value.
